The Office of Vicar for Religious
The Office of Vicar for Religious is structured to maintain a bond between the Bishop of St. Petersburg and the communities of Religious women and men within the Diocese. It is primarily an office of service: to the local Ordinary when the Vicar acts as his representative; to the Religious in areas essential to their spiritual and psychological growth; to the Diocese by supporting, in whatever ways possible, the apostolic and prayerful ministries in which the Religious are engaged.
