Advent Adventure Day
Join Fr. Chuck and the Diocese of St. Petersburg Seminarians for a day of prayer, adventure, and fellowship. If you are not available for the full day you may attend just the Holy Hour and Dinner. Click here to register for just the Abundance Holy Hour and Dinner with Bishop.
Details about the day:
- 9:30am – Mini bus pick up from the Cathedral of St. Jude – you may leave your car there as we end our day at the cathedral.
- 10:00am – Those who choose to drive themselves can meet at Ft. De Soto Park – Pavilion #2. $5 parking fee.
- 10:00am-4:30pm
- Mass, adventure, witness talks, and more adventure.
- 5:00pm – Clean up and change at the Nazareth House – address will be sent out by email after registration.
- 6:30pm – Abundance Holy Hour with Bishop Parkes.
- 7:30pm – Dinner with Bishop Parkes, Fr. Chuck, DOSP Seminarians, and other priests.
- 9:00pm – End
Things to bring:
- Bible, rosary, journal – anything you like to pray with
- Towel
- Sunscreen
- Fishing supplies – If you like to fish
- A change of clothing – for Holy Hour and Dinner with Bishop Parkes
- Any toiletries you may need to wash up
- Be ready for a fun time!
